This is sort of a bittersweet review. I want to give Carol Jean and her staff full credit for providing an excellent facility and even better service but in doing so, I know I am just going to find longer lines as the word gets out that this place ROCKS! The truth is, they do an phenomenal job here and they deserve the high marks given.

Danny was extremely rude to my daughter after she had taken her drivers permit test on computer. Let's not to mentioned she passed with flying colors to be told the photo for her drivers permit was revoked due to not being an Indian River county resident! He ( Danny) cancelled all of her appts for the day which included drivers license road test which she was excited about taken her road test. Yes we live in St. Lucie county and on their website there are NO drivers road test! However, my son had no problem getting his permit at the Vero Beach main office. I actually called the Vero Beach (main office) and they were trying to assist with possibly having her take road test at the main office but there were no appointments showing on there end because Danny cancelled them. The Vero Beach main office was very apologetic but unfortunately they couldn't assist any further due to the cancellations. Zero stars!!!!!!!!!!! This is a very difficult and stressful time for all of us during this pandemic Covid 19. Danny how about you be alot nicer to the public when you're conducting business!!!!

I hate to be this person but I’m gonna do it anyway, if I could give this place 0 stars I WOULDDDD. Vanessa sucks she’s the rudest clerk, she acts like dealing with customers is an inconvenience, FIND A NEW JOB SWEETIE. I had an appointment and she completely disregarded it to help the people next in line while I emailed a document over. Quite a few other clerks seem to be hating their lives here as well but that’s all I’ll say for now.
