Made a mattress delivery here. Very nice people. I was unloaded in about an hour. I'd come again. Looks like you'd be able to park overnight at the dock if you were delivering in the morning.

Got a great deal on a washer and dryer today. 50 down today, 1000 for the set, and we took them home with us. Roger and Loreen were very polite and knowledgeable. Although the deal we got on a brand new washer and dryer was great, the customer service means even more. Its hard to find good customer service anymore, but these two made us feel like a couple of friends. I highly recommend the Taylor location. We will be recommending you to our friends/family and surely we will be back again.

If you order anything from either the Taylor Store or Livonia Store just go pick it up yourself. Don’t get it delivered because you’ll be waiting for a LONG time. You will be told it’s being delivered then canceled. You’ll go up to the store where they will tell you what you want to hear. And you will be at home waiting for a call that’s never going to happen. Your furniture will never come no matter how much money you paid or how close you are for delivery. I bought my stuff because it was on sale and waited over almost a month. Never ordering from them again. Sincerely, A person waiting for a refund......

Trying to find a Kitchenaid fridge in stock right now at a big box retailer is almost impossible. Found exactly what I was looking for here with one tiny dent in the upper right corner, which I covered with a magnet. My husband and I loaded it into our trailer and took it home. This was a brand new fridge, just someone didn’t want it because on delivery because it got a dent. All the drawers were still taped and the handles weren’t even on it yet. BRAND NEW for 1,300 off retail! Brenda was very helpful and yes I bought their warranty for 400. Well worth the piece of mind and what a great looking fridge!

Purchased a matching washer dryer set on 2/14 sales agent was awesome. However, when we ran the dryer ran and is running it is loud and makes a lot of noise. Washer turns on and doesn’t fully cycle. Leaves soap and softener in tray it also leaks from the bottom of the unit. We purchased the warranty and the warranty was never input into the system. I called the store to talk to the store manager and was told that they would call me back. They have not and it’s been a week. I called the warranty company today and had to give them all the details on the receipt. They stated that this happens a lot. Please be Leary when purchasing from this store as I believe it may not be honest when dealing with there customers and purchases. I was told by the warranty department when I talked to them a week ago and American Freight and they told me I didn’t purchase the warranty. My receipt shows otherwise. Just be careful.
