Use to love shopping here for shoes but since they stopped doing half sizes I can't shop here anymore which sucks now I go else where. I wear a 7.5 I tried wearing an 8 but my foot slides...

So looked up the store hours twice this week for black Friday hours. Says 6am on Thanksgiving and 10am today Sunday. Both are wrong. They are not open at these hours. I called and finally reached someone they said "oh well those hours are for 2 weeks before Christmas". I didn't realize Thanksgiving and black Friday weren't for another 2 weeks! Said specifically Thanksgiving day!

I recieved the wrong shirt and a sweater with 3 different snags. At first customer service offered a replacement If I sent photos. I did that then was told that since it was late at night (8 PM) when I placed the order that I made a mistake. I showed the receipt showing that I did not receive what I ordered. After two weeks I finally got a response back saying they were out of stock and wont replace the wrong item. Waste of money.

I stopped in to Holyoke mall in Massachusetts and there were 3 people standing at the register. Not a single customer in the store and not one of them spoke to us. My daughter was looking for shoes and a dress and they completely ignored us. I am a store manager at another retailer and it was a very disappointing experience. Will never shop there again
