Poor communication from start to finish. Our emails were ignored by the staff member dealing with our case and most of the time when I asked for a call back they failed to do so. It took 2 and half weeks until I finally spoke to someone, which happened to be the Jonathan Cole. We were in a situation, which initially was not Taylor and Cole's fault however their poor communication and attitude completely put us off. When I called to say we were pulling out of the property, following a discussion with Jonathan, I was told Jonathan Cole would call me as soon as he had finished to discuss it further. But again he failed to do so. As a company I found them to accept no accoutanabilty and incredibly rude.
