I have had good experiences with this counseling and Associates Clinic I have a therapist Joanna Pavel who is excellent I've been seeing her for two and a half years now I have been getting Mental Health Services and therapy for 20 plus years and she's basically been the only therapist who's ever understood me and encouraged me and gave me Faith back in myself I have and would recommend her to anybody that feels like they're not understood and she helps you work through your life with current events and past events I feel a sense of empowerment after my session is over and I look forward to my upcoming sessions as well.

I was seeing a therapist and psychiatrist here for more than a year. After several months, my therapist (who I liked) left and recommended me to another therapist there who never seemed to pay attention to what I was saying and never remembered important details from sessions. After a few months, last summer, she called me out of the blue during a particularly challenging time in my life and said she didn’t think she “could help” me. The psychiatrist was okay, but never followed up on a genetic test I really wanted done. I got the sense that the only person who cared about patients left that office. I’m still upset about being dropped as a patient, and over the phone no less.

Horrible experience here. My first red flag was no one ever answers the phone there, but after I finally got ahold of someone I set an appointment. I attended about 5 sessions, and paid my copay each time for a full hour of therapy, but only recieved about 35-40 mins worth everytime. I almost reported them to the insurance agency because after awhile it became very apparent this place only wants your money. My therapist seemed vastly under qualified to be a therapist, I felt like I was running the session instead of her. The therapy was supposed to be for my child, but she only talked to him about 5 minutes and never touched on any therapy topics. It almost seemed like she was confused as to why we were there or what she was doing. There was always awkward silence and she didn't give us any beneficial advice. Almost waste of money, stay away.

I have been going here for many years , I absolutely love Dr Singh He's very caring and listens to what you have to say , My therapist is the best I have ever had . I never had any longer than 10 minute wait time , The Staff at the front desk are very pleasant Ladies I have nothing but good to say about Counseling and Therapy , I was in tears and felt totally broken hearted and lost when they informed me they don't accept medicare !!! After all these years now I must start over and it's really took its toll on my depression and aniexty , I would highly suggest they lower their standards and start accepting Medicare , that's my only negative... Other than that I have nothing but good things to say about everyone their 10 *'s all the way

You need to stay clear of this place, We had a billing issue, they charged us before they charged Medicare, would not work with us showed them several times where they billing incorrectly, still never refunded anything, and I'm sure they charged Medicare..... Don't trust them they lie and all they are worried about is getting your money. And then found out that most of the medications that they had us on were wrong and some even contradicted one another. Go figure well that's what happens when the person is more interested in making money than making you well!!!!!!!!!!!!! At this time this guy has owed us 500.00 for about 6 years or so as i see he never plans to make it right. AGAIN STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I cannot express the amount of fear and anxiety I had once I've left this place. I will never in my life go back to this location and if you have any sanity left in your body you won't enter this occasion either absolutely horrible
