Where do I begin? When I booked this lot the website said the wait time for a shuttle was 5 minutes so I booked and prepaid for our spot. Got to the lot and there was no shuttle to be found. In other lots you get picked up at your car, but because we didn’t know what to do we walked up towards the front where there were people waiting in a tiny room (at least it was kinda heated) upon entering the room we found out the people there had already been waiting for 20 minutes. The dispatcher lady told us it would be 7 minutes and after about 15 a shuttle drove up. We all came outside, and the driver got out and said he could only take 2 people...there were 5 of us and we were less than an hour from our flight taking off. So the people that were waiting longer than us got on and we went back inside and waited. When a second driver pulled up we had been waiting for 40 minutes. We were frantic because now we had about 30 minutes before take off. Then this driver says we have to pick up more people at another lot. We literally made it to the gate just in time for last call. Now let me tell you about our return..we get our bags and I called the shuttle dispatcher and was told 25 minutes before someone would come and get us. So we waited outside in 5 degree weather for 25 minutes...then when we finally got back to our car (we were not dropped off at our car either we had to walk from the front with all our bags) we tried to leave the parking lot. My husband scanned the barcode on our reservation and the gate wouldn’t open! After multiple attempts I finally called the dispatcher again and she thought it was funny (not funny...it was 11pm and we had a 3 hour drive home) she said the gate was “stuck” because it was cold yet was somehow able to open it electronically to let us out. Never....again....will we use this parking lot and I will make sure everyone knows the disaster of an experience we had

If you value your safety, park elsewhere. My wife, in the shuttle to her car, was hit on by the driver. He asked for her number multiple times and she refused to give it to him. After she got out of the shuttle and into her car he bumped her car with his and drove off. Very unsafe company. Spend the extra money and park at the airport if you value your safety.
NOT SAFE!!! For a woman traveling alone this place is not safe. After parking you have to walk into a dark bathroom lobby and wait for a shuttle. I waited 15 minutes for the shuttle. When you consider you have to wait in alone, this is a long time. Woman on the phone said they have cameras. What good is a camera if you don’t feel safe? I will never recommend or come back.
Missed our flight thanks to the shuttle service. Almost an hour wait. Do not recommend at all. This was the worst experience I ever had traveling. Then couldn’t get out and basically paid 50 for 3 hours
Worst experience with this company. When we arrived we parked and there was no one around to shuttle us to the airport. We tried to leave but the exit gate was broken. Lady on the service call was rude and said driver was on the way. He arrived 30 minutes after my reservation time. When we got back from the trip our experience was even worse. We called twice and Jessica or Jennifer was extremely rude on the phone, she was arguing with me and would not let me speak with a manager. We waited 30 minutes in the cold for our shuttle. People were sitting on other people's laps it was so cramped. Absolutely horrible experience and would never park here again
