very weird experience yesterday, my brother and i were shoe shopping and none of the employees at any time came up to us and asked us if we needed help. i was looking at the wall of air forces when an employee just came up and said “excuse me” without offering to help. when i asked the employee for a size of what i thought was a women’s shoe she simply said it was a child’s shoe and walked away. very odd that these employees seem like they don’t want to make a sale when most footwear retailers work on commission. my brother and i may look young but you never know who is willing and ready to spend money, we took our business to foot action instead.

The sales staff was wonderful! The younger guy that helped me finally find me a nice pair of running shoes was so attentive to my needs and concerns when trying on different kinds of shoes. He definately is on his shoe game thats for sure. After about 40 minutes I finally got the shoe he suggested and I really love them! He went above and beyond his job, was patient and you can tell he really enjoys what he doesGreat shoe store!

This place has a good selection of shoes. They also have good customer service. The other good thing is there are 3 different shoe stores within the same area so if one location doesnt have what you need you can go and check on one of other locations.

This place sucks, flat out Bought a pair of air max 270 the orange and blue . The design of the shoe is similar to harachhes with the slide in feel. I must have a fat to it because I could not slide my foot in a size 5 woman and this is my regular shoe size. So i take the shoe back and get a 5 1/2 thinking the opening would be bigger. Well to my surprise it was not now the shoe was just to big in length . So i assumed it's just the design of the shoe so I go back to get a refund and the tell me because I exchanged for a bigger size that the refund option was not available to me any more nor was store credit.... I had to get a shoe for a friend because I couldn't just take a loss......

Merely poor disrespect from the assistant manager Caprice. Totally uncalled for don’t even feel that she deserves the title of a manager because of the type of service she displayed. If that’s the type of example she chooses to display for others then no I will no longer be giving the company my service.

Staff is attentive and amicable, I’ve had good experiences with this store and the service I’ve received here. Gotten various different pairs of Asics over the years, they used to have a lot of great ones in but as of the last couple years when stopping by I’ve noticed that selection has gone down. I really like the ones with the vibrant colors, always stood out to me but lately they just have more dull styles and monochromatic shoes. Hopefully that changes in the future, definitely not opposed to coming back to this place!
