Two stars for poor service. I would of gave them three but pore management and thay only want cash no other payments witch makes me wonder about there worrnty on there parts I can’t pay 1500 cash and get a bad Tranz and thay denies my worrnty and can’t due nothing about it that’s why I use debt card for the banks help ....poor leadership ....thay just don’t care

Don't waste your time. The workers here are very rude! I was told I would get 300 to salvage my truck. When the tow truck driver Shawn arrived he tried low-balling me. So I showed him it had the catalytic converter and new AC Delco battery he said it didn't matter they weren't going to make much money off of it. Whatever! Once he realized I wasn't taking less than 300 and 30 minutes goes by. I called his dispatcher and was going to tell him to tell his tow truck driver to take his truck and get out of my driveway. I got better things to do on a Friday afternoon, than listen to his driver complain and try to get beer money for the weekend! And Fox Auto already offered me 300. Shawn finally pulls out the 300 I was promised. I go to sign the title and he's complaining the whole time saying he does not care about the company he works for. And that the dispatcher didn't know how to do his job and shouldn't have promised me 300. And that I should not have called the dispatcher. I used to refer this company to my customers ( I work in the automotive field( for the past10 years not no more! They are too unprofessional, for my future referrals.
