Just had the worst experience of my life here. I headed here after a hospital visit I could barley walk and had to buy a gift for someone. I picked out what I wanted a 3 piece set I sat down and they handled my purchase I was asked if I wanted to spend 30.00 on insurance I said yes only to find out when I got home I had been charged 120.00!!!!!!. I had to hobble my way back today to take everything back. What a racket. If they had said what the true price was I would of never got the insurance, they took advantage of a very sick woman who could barley stand. Classic
My ring loses the small diamonds CONSTANTLY. It is gone for WEEKS every time they replace them. Diamonds fell out before I had it for six months, and several times after. Right now I'm missing three diamonds but I haven't taken it in because I hate going around without my ring on. Also my diamond didn't have flaws when my Husband bought it. It was fracture filled and that doesn't last, so now I see the flaw. I asked to speak to a manager several times. They always say there isn't one there and never call me back when I leave messages. I'd never dream of buying from there again.
I had a employee see if he could smooth out my wedding band that got scraped up. I wasn't sure what he could do or how much my service plan would cover. It turned out that he smoothed out the whole ring, cleaned it, and didn't charge me. I'd return for cleaning or any services for my ring in the future. Thank you so much!
