Awesome experience. Every member of the staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I called to make my appointment until I walked out the door. Now that I am living back in Mi, this is the only place I will go for my eye care.

Everyone that I had contact with was exceptional. T who performed all the pre-tests was very friendly and quick. Dr. Brown was very knowledgeable, took time to explain everything, and did not rush through the appointment. She was willing to let me try two different kinds of bifocal contacts to see which I liked better. The guy that finished the sale at the end was very professional. He was willing to give me all the options but did not pressure me at all. I was in and out in less than an hour and was very well taken care of. Thank you!!!
This is the best eye exam experience I’ve had to date. The doctors were both very polite, thorough and answered my questions. I encountered Dr. Jasmine Mahal and I believe Dr. Rashad?, very nice people. The staff also was kind and courteous. I went for a contact lens appointment. Shout out to my man Sean for giving me 1 on 1 instructions about using contacts for the first time. I would highly recommend you guys to go to this clinic. For the record i am not a paid reviewer and this is my 100% genuine review.
From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and very helpful. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. I wasn't rushed or pressured. Will definitely be going back there for all my eyeglass needs in the future.
Went to pick up my son’s glasses around 6:15pm on a Friday and it was closed. Their hours on google say open until 8pm. Not happy
Excellent! Great staff and nice selection of glasses! I want to give a shout-out to Wendy, Tracy and Dr. Haddad for all being so personable and extremely helpful! The entire staff is awesome too! I had a very thorough eye exam, good selection of eye glasses and my new glasses were done within an hr on the same day! Highly recommend this LensCrafters!!
Came in here to put some lenses in my frames I purchased elsewhere. They had absolutely no problem with doing so for me. Sean was the gentleman who helped me the entire process. He’s incredibly kind, informative and made this experience an absolute pleasure. He was notably the best person who’s ever given me a service. Hands down will be returning!!
Had the best glasses shopping experience ever. Everyone was super helpful and courteous from the doctors on down never doing anywhere other than Lenscrafters. I cannot think of anything that would have made my experience better other than free glasses. Lol. Extremely appreciative of your staff as a whole.
