I hired them about a year ago to do a job for me. I wanted to renovate my kitchen and bathroom. What a wonderful job they did!!!! Great pricing, fabulous customer service. James the owner was excellent !! He was so helpful to me and my family. My sales Representative Mike was spectacular !!! He gave me pricing within my budget helped me with every detail since this was my first time, very informative and very nice. The crew did an awesome job as well, super professional and I absolutely love the work they did. Everything came out better than expected. Their turnaround time was amazing. If you are looking to renovate your kitchen, bathroom or anything in your house go to them you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, TELL THEM Mary sent you. 5 stars all around !!!!! Thank you Taylor Maid!!!

My experience with Taylor Maid Kitchen and Bath Design has not been a positive one. I employed them to install flooring in two small bathrooms and install one new sink and toilet in master bathroom and one new vanity with sink and toilet in second bathroom. I now have three layers of flooring because the old flooring was never removed. The flooring is cut uneven by the door and there is an actual gap where the flooring does not meet the wall. Caulking was used to hide the defect. (Picture Enclosed). The Vanity draws will not open all the way due to the fact they hit the wall. Not planned out well at all and unusable (Picture Enclosed). I find it very odd that the owner or supervisor never came over during the installation or after the installation to verify the work done. Very disappointed in this service and would not recommend them to anyone in the future. I even paid cash for the work being done. When I brought these things to the attention of the owner he offered me 75.00 off the bill or he would try to find another vanity with drawers on the opposite site! At this point I really didn't want any more work completed by this company.
I highly recommend Taylor Maid. I did a total remodel of my kitchen in March. Little did I know the world would come to a halt. They did everything possible to make sure I got what I needed to get the job done. Now when I am in my kitchen, I can't help but smile.They were patient, pleasant and nothing but nice. Thank you James, Mike and Ida.
I truly want to thank you and your staff for being on time, being professional, knowledgeable, hard working, experienced and always communicating with me so I am not surprised on what is going on. You guys are amazing and your workers are incredible. I had Shawn come yesterday to hook my AC up and he did such an amazing job. Now it feels like heaven in my home thanks to Shawn lol. Today I had an amazing plumber come out he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and told me exactly what I needed to be done I'm mad because I honestly forgot his name\u200d️(old age lol) but again, thank you guys sooooo much my family appreciates you and if I am ever again in need of any home services I'm definitely making sure my property manager uses you guys. (Tamara J) and thanks to George Sr and George Jr you guys rock thank you so much for your service. Now I don't have to worry about my water getting back up thanks to them
