I've been coming here for years and always get great service. Fast, honest, friendly, affordable. I've even tried going to other shops here and there but I always come back to this location. Was just in today and Billy and Erin couldn't have treated me and my car better. Highly recommend.

Out of town travelers, had 2 tire blow outs and had to stop in this town for new tires in the middle of a snow storm. We bought the tires from the sister shop and were actually hesitant to leave a review due to the way we were treated by the receptionist (extremely rude & condescending) even “shooed” us to not park outside the shop while we waited for our tires to be mounted smh. After realizing we had a different issue we drove around trying to find a mechanic or shop to help us and every thing was closed (Sunday) lucky for us this place was open and Tony was more than happy to help us with an upbeat attitude and most importantly empathy. Tony is the one highlight of this little town. Thank you so much for your help Tony thanks to you we are able to make our way home in the Midwest. Anyone who stops here be sure to say Hi to this kind man. The world needs more people like Tony.
AWESOME SERVICE!!!! Billy was the main guy who took care of me. I dont know much about cars and he took the time to explain the process, cost and even some advice. Great price, wait time was reasonable and friendly staff. Thank you Billy for providing great service. Definitely going to bring my other car.
Billy is “Awesome” gave me the best price and more importantly, Thee Best Service! I’m 3 weeks new to the state and had car issues, got ripped off, and then found Billy. He and his team of professionals, LISTENED to me, and told me if I drove all the way up here he would take care of me. He absolutely did that! My car was fixed in two days and I got what I paid for. For me that’s the biggest thing. I’m not asking someone to fix my car for free, I’m asking someone not to rip me off! A fair price for a job well done. Truly outstanding service!!! Today is my 2nd visit to this Mavis location; the first was earlier this year for a full set of tires and an oil change. To summarize my first experience here, both staff and management were very friendly and patient with my 1,001 questions, the shop and waiting areas were notably clean and comfortable and I was in and out so much faster than expected. The tires have performed great and I left better informed about my aging vehicle's needs thanks to the recommendation & patience of the then manager, Dave. My visit today was just for an oil change and tire rotation but I came in a lil later than I should of on what looked to be a busy evening for the shop. Everything I applauded about my first visit still applied but this time I was additionally impressed by the manager's (Mike) calm and effective handling of mine and other customers' needs. Great shop, highly recommend!! It
