My control panel display had no power going to it, the hot tub just suddenly stopped working without warning. I called Olympic pools, they said they would come the next day at noon, the guys actually showed up an hour earlier, which we were very happy about, considering it took other companies days to get back to us prior to finding Olympic pools. The two service guys Craig and Lee Were quick and efficient. They got the display back in within 5 minutes after replacing the fuse and replaced the capacitor as well, since they said that it was faulty and most likely what caused the fuse to blow. The capacitor was 30 bucks, the fuse was 13 bucks, service was 55 and labor was 60. My total was just under 167 Jacuzzi was fixed within 30 mins and we couldn’t be happier. So glad to have had this experience as often times the negative reviews can be a reflection of the customers approach or false expectation, rather than the actual service and knowledge provided by Olympic pools. We’re very happy and I just wanted to leave this review so that others in our situation could have some peace of mind that they won’t be getting ripped off. They did tell us that it if the fuse or capacitor blow / break again, we would need a new pump, which could potentially cost a minimum of 400. Happy it wasn’t the pump and it was basically an inexpensive fix, considering how expensive it could get to repair hot tubs. Thanks Olympic pools, this is a start of a new working relationship. P.S. I discovered the light inside my jacuzzi stopped working after the fix, I called Olympic pools and they put me in touch with the repair guys that were here right away Craig and Lee, the guys said they wouldn’t be able to come back until after the holidays but explained that it was an easy fix and told us how to replace the bulb. We’re grateful for the quick response and over the phone instructions.

They repaired my hot tub and it’s good as new.
Olympic pools recommended me to installers by the name of Ron and Rick. They were very polite and great at what they do. The last person I had to install my liner was terrible he bought a liner that was too big and the entire pool was wrinkled. That liner lasted 2 years before it detached. The job Ron and Rick did is spectacular it looks like the liner was painted on not one wrinkle and it did not take them long to do. If you need a pool liner or even a pool installed ask for Ron and Rick you will not be disappointed.
This was the worst experience I ever had. Sales department was helpful but service department and contractors that install the pool very unprofessional. I do understand that there will be issues but you don't need to treat your customers like everything was there fault. Very unprofessional it was getting to the point that I wanted to return the pool. If you have a choice go with different company.
I needed a part and they had it
