Little manager guy named Rob was very rude, followed me into the locker room to ensure I was wearing a mask. Heading to a better gym. Hard on people like this shouldn't be in management.... he's literally the reason why I'm canceling my membership.

Clean, friendly and helpful with any or all questions. Better to visit in the morning as night time can be super full. New year new body many think until about April, so many gyms get Crowded during these months.

The workouts are intense as a beginner, but the coaches are understanding yet still push you. Everyone I have encountered is super friendly, and they want to see you meet your goals.
