Outrageous prices! \Photographers\ did not care about the pictures turning out okay, which is obvious by the pictures where it looks like she took the picture before I was ready and did not care to retake. Would not recommend but unfortunately seniors are forced to go to this sub quality place with prices like it's a wedding photographer. Meant to bleed parents of money and nothing else.
Photographers were good but still no pictures. Ordered in February. No response to emails. Can’t leave message at local office as it still is closed. Bars, restaurants, and stores open but still no one checking emails and local offices closed. Cant leave a message as local office number says closed due to Covid and leaving a message is not an option. Received a call in March that pictures were done and would be mailed. Still don’t have them. Paid in full. Why can’t they have someone working from home to answer emails? Terrible. The 1-800 number wait time is over a hr and then no help anyway. Sounds like my photos have been in the Taylor office for months! Are they ever going to open back up?
We had a really good experience at the Taylor Prestige. Sandra was our photography and she was awesome. She did an excellent job. I Definitely recommend them. This is my second time we've been here and both times were great.
So many wonderful scenes for photos! It's not your typical pull down backdrops with insertable props, but rather 3D scenes that you can interact with. The photographers know what they are doing and how to pose people at the best be angles for the most stunning results. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
