I've had several remote starters installed over the years on multiple vehicles. Install takes about 2 hours. The product is always great, Chuck the owner is knowledgeable & great to work with, and he fields any questions you may have, even after installation. The only negative is that they smoke in the building, so the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. The smoke permeated our brand new 2020 Subaru while they were installing our remote starter, so now the inside stinks like smoke. As a non smoker, it's a pretty gross smell.

Called to see if Sonic Sounds could accommodate finishing a partial powered subwoofer install. The owner took the time to field my questions and provide thorough responses. He suggested to bring it in so he could verify the quality of my work before he took the remaining steps on. I stopped by the next day and to my surprise, he was able to have his technician work on it right then. I was pleased with the open and honest demeanor relating to the work and the ability to handle the job in a timely manner. They didn't charge me for a full hour of labor, as the job was partial. I highly recommend.
