Haddon and team did a fabulous job on my father and siblings headstones. They both look wonderful in situ and the quality of the work and engraving is perfect. From consultation, a trip out to the country for a site inspection through to the final install - all outstanding and beyond expectation. We are very pleased and appreciative of the work done. Horrible human being he put the writing of my farther on the wrong side for twenty years, until the cemetery notified us,this discsting Taylor man with gave no apology said he 12 month warranty , you are discusting
There is no way I'll be going back to this place. To me the yard, work area and "office" were an unprofessional mess. I came away with little confidence that my questions had been accurately answered and wondering if he was trying to steer me in a direction that was more profitable for him rather than what I wanted. Maybe his work is as good as he says, but for something as important as a headstone for my wife's grave I cannot take the risk.

The manager/owner of this business was extremely rude and insensitive in his manner and language towards me on the several occasions I spoke to him. Example: I said I would like to visit their showroom or whatever their premises was called up in Box Hill; he cut me off and retorted somewhat mockingly, "showroom?! We're not BHP, we don't have a showroom!". When he later returned my phone call as he had to take another call, I informed him that to be honest, I didn't like his phone manner and felt he had been rude to me, he immediately hung up on me. He is extremely abrupt and inappropriate, and considering he often deals with recently bereaved people, I don't know understand how he is still operating.
