I had a U-Haul reservation scheduled for Saturday Jan 2 at 9:30. Went to go and pick it up my husband and I waited 45 minutes and nobody ever showed up to open up. I didn’t receive a phone call or nothing to let me know. Due to this I had to go out and find another truck. This was very unprofessional and such an inconvenience!
