I was driving down Wade Hampton Boulevard when I realized that my left blinker was not working! Went to AutoZone to purchase a new bulb. The employee sold me the bulb with some " bulb grease " and sent me on my way. Then I noticed another lady getting help from another employee to help her change her blinker bulb. So, I asked if he would help me. He asked me to try the blinker and voila, it was now working! Wow, my car is a 2000 Durango and I have never needed to change any of the bulbs! This employee was so nice and sent me on my way! I like AutoZone because they are very helpful and have saved me many times from having to take my car to a mechanic to get something fixed that I could fix myself!

They Do Not Honor Their Warranty On Their Parts! I bought a new starter in 03/2020 from Taylor's location and had to go back to Talyors location because their stores are not linked together to replace their defective part in 11/2020. Now 04/2021 Their part Went Bad Again and they Claim it is out of Warranty because the 1yr warranty was back in 03 when I originally purchased it . Isn't The Warranty to protect u. Not with Them. But I am Also Filing Complaint with Department Of Regulatory of Staff beginning next week.
