We take all of our fleet vehicles here. They take care of us and do a great job at prioritizing these vehicles. Every time we go we know that when we get the truck back it’ll be done right. Also, the fact that they let us know everything the vehicle needs is great. It’s gives me the opportunity to make of choice between getting it all done or having an estimate in had for down the road. I take my personal vehicles there as well, and buy my vehicles through them. Needless to say the Chucks and staff ALWAYS make sure we are happy and satisfied with the work. Don’t waste your companies time or personal time with another shop.

Brought my 06 DTS to Certified Automotive ,was pleased with the service and HONESTY. I knew exactly what my car needed and wanted to test them out to see, if they're going to tell me the truth. Some shops will tell you all other kinds of things about your car ,just to pump up the bill. Joel and the guys there passed my test and they have my business. My appointment was shockingly fast. The man who assisted me at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and accomodating. After taking my car directly to the dealerships where I've purchased my cars over the past few years, I have vowed never to return. The folks here took care of what I needed for my car for this appointment for a perfectly reasonable price, without aggressively attempting to upsell me on any other unnecessary services. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The service was extremely professional and completely earned my trust. I purchased 4 new tires and asked for alignment in addition to balancing, and they quoted me the price. When I picked up the vehicle, they told me the car was fine and that I didn’t need alignment, and so they didn’t charge me! I appreciated their honesty and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
