I honestly can't even begin to explain how awesome this experience has been thus far. In searching for a new home owner's policy, Gary was prompt in responding to a broad request. Not only was he incredibly informative about all of my options, he was forthright and honest about things I would potentially need and things I may not need. He presented all of the information and options for the policy in terms that the average person could understand and relate to. I'm thrilled to have his agency covering my six. I would highly recommend to anyone within his area of responsibility to at least have a conversation with him. Excellent service, Gary. I appreciate you.

Do not get insurance with this office. Gary Kniisley is an unethical liar! Our policy was cancelled and we went to his office and made our payment. They never informed us that our policy was cancelled. We made that payment with our policy having been cancelled and they never told us. We got letters from the hwy department stating our liscense would be suspended. We called Allstate and that's when they told us the policy was cancelled. They wouldn't reconcile the account even though they were at fault. Now we have a 200 fine to pay the hwy department for no insurance for 23 days and the cost of new insurance with a different provider. Do not get insurance here. They have poor management and won't accept responsibility when they are at fault.

Gary did our insurance for our small business, he’s one of only 2 agents that was able to get something figured out for what we needed for our business, and it was the best rate out of the 2. He is personally the one communicating with me about my policy and doesn’t pester me with calls when I don’t need them. Thanks Gary!
