Our neighbor recommended MCKB after using them for their kitchen and bath renovations. It's been several months since the completion of our master bath redo and our opinion hasn't wavered...we absolutely LOVE our new bath! We found the staff and crews to be really great - professional, polite, and prompt. They clearly communicated each step of the process. We so appreciate Scott's detailed work; he was very conscientious and left us a clean room at the end of each day. We did hit a few snags along the way, as is typical with most reno's. One problem was we chose a stone from an outside vendor and it proved to be a difficult working material. (Tip: try to go with something they offer in-house if you are on a tight timeline.) Mike, Kent, Paige and the whole team went to bat for us to give us the very best finished product. We are so pleased with MCKB and the job they did for us.
