Garrett went above and beyond to fix a problem with my piano. He was able to come look at my piano the same day I called. I will be using him for all my piano needs moving forward.
Garrett is a rare find. Not only is he a nice person, he really knows what he’s doing. After a few hours, our neglected piano appeared as good as new. Then he got to tuning it, exactly as I like it to sound. It’s great to find someone as passionate about his love of pianos, their proper maintence and appearance as is Garrett Taylor.
Garrett at Taylor's Piano Service did an excellent job tuning and fixing a pedal squeak on my baby grand piano. He came right out and made sure it was done right. I would highly recommend him!
I've played professionally most of my life. An out of tune piano to me is like finger nails on a chalkboard and extremely tough for me to get through any song. I waited too long to have Garrett come back for my tune. Garrett did an exceptional job having to tune it 2x and adjust my keyboard. What a huge difference and my keyboard is lightening fast now with no sticking keys at all. I don't want to get up from the bench now.. Highly recommend Taylor's Piano Service!
Garrett came and tuned my piano today and I’m amazed at how well it sounds! He was very responsive and got me in within the same week I contacted him. He was not the only quote I received, but he was better priced then others and had better reviews - so I chose him and I am not disappointed in the least! I couldn’t recommend him enough! I’ll definitely be using him again for future piano needs!
