My experience with the Public Storage on 3129 Wade Hampton Blvd. was efficient, easy and really convenient. I ordered the storage unit on line including the lock. I received my passcode into the gated storage area with a live person at the front gate. When I arrived at my storage unit, the key was inside the unit along with the lock. I was able to unload my things, lock the storage unit and leave. When I was finished using the storage unit, it was easy again! Also, I received a refund for the days that I did not use the unit.
