Went to ask for bank being in negative because a pending balance wasnt going into bank form there end the customer service was completely rude and refused to help in anyway. Very rude and unpleasant I do not recommend

This is easy. Best bank ever!! They do things I think can't be done. Superb attitude at this branch, and their hours are the best. Open on Saturday's and Sunday's too ! GREAT !

I could not believe how easy it was, Ken Surratt was gentleman that helped me. Before i could ask a question, he was tellin me the answer, like he was a mind reader. I felt like I was at home. Next time I go in Im gonna bring them guys there some fudge an some good old red neck tea I tell everybody to use WoodForest. Great job guyd, ya'll are the "BESTEST".
