Bank of america as a whole is a joke. I closed my account NUMEROUS times in person -with paperwork and with numerous agents- and they never close my account. And of course the lovely cherry on top of bank locations being "open" and then when you arrive during business hours, closed. So much wasted time and frustration on a bad institution that is leading the way in conartistry.

Great staff and amazing people who work here they are accommodating and very knowledgeable. Very quick service and a beautiful well kept building clean Interior. My only concern was the Security Officer was on his phone the entire time did not even look up or acknowledge the customers.

The new lobby leader seems like doesn’t want to help at all!!! I felt in a dirty public service, terrible experience! Extremely disappointed with Bank of America.

Hammered Veracity

Sending private customer info to the federal government. What a joke of a bank.

They have been very hard to work with. The staff was very polite and tried to help but I drove almost 3 hours round trip because the telephone based caller I worked with said that I could walk in for a printed statement that I am looking for. When I got there, they did not have access to it. There are better banks to work with and especially in Utah where there are few branches to work with. I will be changing my accounts ASAP

This bank is so awful. Service is atrocious. Every person there cannot do there job correctly.

Manager on duty very lazy / wouldn't take the time to help a customer if his job was dependent on it! Walked in with a cashiers check from a local Utah bank - He refused to do the extra step and call the branch to clear the check! Instead he gave me his training manual speech informing me that the paper the cashiers check was written on is the most fraudulent paper in banking! He then told me to go back to the local bank and get cash and come back and followed it up with "I should have myself a wonderful day" - well, as I told him... I wont - it was a rotten experience and a rotten day and he is a horrible manager and employee! He should be fired. I also did not appreciate being told to go get the cash being it was a large sum of money / THAT ISNT SAFE!!! Zero help / Zero customer support / Zero service. Just opened the account and will likely move to another bank that actually works for its customers.

I booked an appointment two weeks ago through the banking app and received a confirmation. I got there today on time and they are closed. They won’t allow you to do anything over the phone either. Very frustrating. I gave two starts because my husband has been here once and had a great experience.
