We had new gutters installed in 2018 and the placement on one corner is incorrect and not draining correctly. We called multiple times to have C&B come out to repair their misplacement and they did not show for their appt. Eventually they refused to answer our call for a followup appointment. The drainage is still not correct and we never did receive a visit from C&B to see if they could correct this problem. It is obvious that customer service is not important to this business. Columbus, Indiana
