Ordered online. I wanted to pick it up instore. Hours online read diffrent than what it reads in the store. I have tried hours posted at store, and hours online. This store is never open. I have asked when will someone be there customer service doesn't know, I have requested an appointment( They don’t do that)I have asked Claires for my money back they won't do that either. Because they are under the allusion that this store is open.They claim this location is open and I should be able to go in and get my product. What is worse it wasn't my purchase, it was my daughter purchase not mine. Do Not go to this store order your product to go here. They are closed and are ok taking money with out producing product.

Planed on taking my daughter here to get her ear pierced. For her birthday.. get the family all ready and were here.. the store says it's open at 12. No one is here and its 1pm? Soo disappointed!

I arrived with my daughter on December 2nd 2019 to get her ears pierced. She's been waiting for years to get this done. When we arrived, it was locked shut with a sign that said that the employee would be back soon. After waiting for 30 minutes, there was still no employee in sight. Very unprofessional. At the very least the employee could have left a note saying what time he or she would be back. Terrible way to treat customers. Never going back.
