In this review, it's a comment in helping improve your services. We have ordered 2 sandwiches using the app and was expecting a \freaky fast\ delivery. We waited for 15 minutes or more and knowing weather can be a factor or other circumstances that we are not aware. So we called them to confirm the order was received and to confirm a delivery of the sandwiches. We were told that \they were short handed with drivers having a flat tire and call off\ problems and can take up to another 20ish minutes more for delivery. Who wants to wait another 20 minutes? So, we went to pick up the order ourselves. Communication is the key? Still working on it? We didn't receive a phone call or text message about 'shortage of drivers'. Just a thought that putting an electronic notification when using electronic orders about delivery latency or simple text, phone call of the waiting time. In doing so can prevent upsetting customers or losing customers or bad reviews.

This place is amazing! I did an online order and the staff was very helpful and gave me my order right away. The people in front were very slow, but I was pleased when the staff realized I had an online order, and then gave me my sandwich right that second. The best part was, that it was all free! Freaky Fast Reward is great. Will definitely come back again, and the sandwich was out of this world amazing!
I ordered delivery tonight through the app and was very pleased with the experience. Shortly after placing my order I received a call from the store letting me know they were baking more bread and it would be about a half an hour until my order would be made and asked if I was alright with that. I understand sometimes things happen and was very impressed that they called to let me know. I was in no hurry and sure enough right at a half an hour my order was out for delivery. Food was great, all extras and sides were there, and the fresh bread was actually pretty sweet. I'll be doing more business here. Kudos to the team.
Ordered food at 820pm by 9pm it had not changed status called to inquire and was told they were waiting for a driver they couldn’t tell me how longer it would be. I’m incredibly disappointed in the poor customer service. I cancelled my order hopefully I’ll be fully refunded.
To sum up in one, long run on sentence... I’m just trying to survive 2020 and I changed my order NO LESS THAN FIVE TIMES through the drive thru because everyone in this damn car is high maintenance and picky and the angels that work at this location were just so completely patient and cool. True professionals. Thank you.
