Fred Hughes at Markosian Auto in Taylosville is who you need to see. I had gone to 3 dealerships prior to coming here and felt defeated. I walked in 1 hour before closing time and Fred patiently helped me. I gave him pretty specific guidelines and he found the perfect truck for me. Painless, hassle-free service. So here is my story : so back In Dec I was getting a ride to work, when I seen the bus (picture below) so I checked there website and found a car I wanted went to the dealership and no deal, it was 99 down plus 700 dollars more in taxes and fees, but that they can work with me and I put down 200/1000, and then along with the 197 bi weekly payment I would pay an extra 50 dollars till taxes come and I pay off the rest., Also the price on the car was not 8,000 that was to lease it, the car cost 12,000 no not the deal I wanted,but I was there and needed a car so I signed the deal. I just had a feeling I was lied to kind of tricked, I love the car though,

My family and I had came in earlier today to find a car. We have been to so many different dealerships and really didn't want to find a car on KSL. We are so glad we came in to Markosian Auto! Fred Hughes took his time and listened to our concerns. He showed us a couple different cars and by the 3rd car he showed us, we fell in love. (3rd times the charm!) We gotten the 2017 Ford Focus. It fit me PERFECTLY! My hubby really liked it he wanted to drive it home, so I let him. Thank you Fred Hughes! You did awesome! Later down the road when hubby needs a better vehicle be ready, we will be back.

I went into this dealership thinking it would be just like all of the rest and not be able to get into a vehicle because of my low credit score and pricing that I couldn't afford. But I was pleasantly surprised! I had a young salesperson by the name of Luis Nieves who knew his stuff and was able to work his magic for me, and in about 2 hours I was out of that dealership in a vehicle that I could afford, one that is suitable to my needs and desires, and I have never been more impressed with a salesperson than I was with Luis tonight. He was polite and well-mannered, he knew exactly what needed to happen for me to drive off in a vehicle and he made it happen. He wasn't about to be letting me get away without purchasing a car. With so many other dealerships over the past couple of months when I have been looking for a vehicle that I could get into, all I was getting was turn-downs and rejections. Luis took that away and he made a deal work for me. He was able to get my down payment requirement reduced by 50% and I was able to pay the down in a couple of installments before my actual monthly car payment comes due. That is amazing. This young man knows his stuff, and Mr Markosian, you give him a raise, which he so rightly deserves. With my poor credit, and me being a retired veteran on social security and very low income, for him to be able to get me into a vehicle as easily as he did, that is a feat of magic and nothing short of a miracle. Thank you Luis, for a job well done!
