I have been going to Marks park for about 20 years and have loved it. Now my kids love it. It’s almost like going to the zoo or on a vacation to the jungle with excitement. People who work there love all sorts of pets and reptiles making it fun and welcoming. It’s hard not to buy something each time I go because We learn something new about different pet.

This little pet store is very cool. It's hot inside, but probably for their huge variety of reptiles. You can find a lot of pets here that you can't find anywhere else local. Thankfully they do not keep kitties or puppies here anymore! I came for baby bunny supplies and they had a pretty big selection.

Overall our experience today to get our grandson a pet was very positive. Customer service was excellent. However, despite the large signs in and out of the store that masks are required, not one employee was wearing a mask (all customers were wearing masks). I was extremely disappointed in the lack of respect for the customers and overall experience. I will think twice before visiting there during the pandemic which is not yet over. This is the reason for my rating of a “3”.

Been here twice. First time some of the fish were sick. I went today to give them another shot. Many fish appeared to be malnourished. Bellies were severely sunken. Some looked to have wasting disease. Another tank the entire stock has ich. Very expensive but that's just an opinion they can charge what they want. If you get a fish from here make sure you have a quarantine tank ready to go.

I like this place! Staff is nice and they have a good selection of animals and supplies. A lot of things are over-priced but I expected that, since it’s a small business. It’s a little cramped when it’s busy which caused me stress but otherwise it’s a nice environment with cool people! There is a free-roaming cat in store, which i loved, but if you are allergic I would steer clear of this place. They have a beautiful selection of snakes, so you should definitely check them out. All I can say is DONT buy black worms here, it’s robbery! You can get them for much cheaper online.

Great service great to give information! Very kind employees! Reasonable prices. Bought me a bird, which was in good health as far as I can tell, only had him for 24 hours at this point! As always I do now have a vet appointment, but for now my bird is doing well! Birds are not handled here much but cages was clean plenty of food and water for them! I must say I went to several pet stores and here was the best prices for birds. I even price checked with ksl, still great prices! I will be doing more business here!

I bought my rainbow chameleon less then 2 weeks ago on March 13th from here. My kids loved him so much and as did I. I bought and did everything they told me to do when I bought him. Today I just had to bury him. And then when I called to ask if they could do something the response was far from amazing. They were willing to allow us to get a new friend and help our family heal.
