This is no longer a Meineke location. If you call the number it sends you to the central Meineke line and they can't find the location in their database. I had to walk in to get an appointment to have my car looked at because the phone number wasn't updated last time I checked a few weeks ago and they confirmed they are no longer associated with Meineke. Their staff is nice enough, and prices seem reasonable, but I've never been "wowed" by them.

I came in and spoke with Eloy, who knows everything you ever needed to know about all cars. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I have a car that is 15 years old and over 150,000 miles, and I am looking to sell it. He showed me the necessary repairs I would need to make before selling. He spent over an hour helping me and teaching me what needed to be done to add value (brakes/rotors, tie rods, etc...). He identified oil leaks and offered help in showing me how to address every issue so that the car would run safely and keep running for a long time. I have had my car repaired here multiple times and each time I have been amazed by the level of knowledge and expertise from everyone who works here. They replaced my driveshaft, brakes, control arms, and many other repairs. I drive across the valley to get my oil changed here and get my car serviced here b/c they are HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND ALWAYS OFFER A FAIR PRICE. I would always come here for service, repairs, and oil changes. Trustworthy. Quality Work. Great service. Great prices.
My granddaughter (a broke college student) tried in vain to replace a burnt out tail light on her car. She stopped by this Mieneke car center to make an appointment to get it done. The receptionist was very kind and attentive. She immediately called Dave, the service manager who appeared quickly. He asked for her key, went out to the car, and was back within minutes...it was done! When she tried to pay him, he just smiled and said "have a good day". That is excellent customer service as well as paying it forward. I would recommend this Meineke Car Care Center to any one who is looking for honest car care. Thank you Dave!
This place is a nightmare with incompetent employees. Avoid at all cost! If you want to stick with the company, find a corporate store. This is not an actual Meineke! A different auto shop purchased into the franchise and utilizes the original company to make purchases and transactions. That being said, if something goes wrong on the work you’ve got done (even a tire manufacturing error) and you are not near this location, you are screwed and they could really care less. I filed a detailed ticket to corporate and I hope the Maineke franchise notices how poorly this location reflects on there brand name and take some action. Side note, when Amber answers the phone, don’t bother saying goodbye because she will just hang up on you prior to getting the words our. Not to mention she knows nothing anything going on in the shop nor how to navigate there system. I could go on for many paragraphs about all the mistakes this location made and/or how they took no responsibility or provided any help, but I will just leave it at this. Go anywhere else in town and you will be way better off!! Hear my warning!!!!
Price matched a few places and they were always less. I felt like they had exceptional knowledge for all that was required to keep my car running properly. I was sold a car by a dealership and I felt like there was a problem 3 years ago. The guys at Meineke found out what it was for me no charge. (I knew I wasn't crazy!) They were very helpful and thorough and I felt like they were very honest with all their work. We have brought our vehicle to be repaired there twice now. And we will definitely be coming again when we need their help. Matt and Dennis were both very kind and helpful for my husband and I. It's easy to pay for car repairs when you feel confidence and kindness in your service. Thanks guys!
Called in to have an A/C recharge quoted. They stated that the price was 79.99. I asked how much the freon and they stated that it was included. I told them I had just bought the vehicle and they asked if I had bought it at the car lot next door. I told them I had not. They put me on hold to ask the manager if they could cover the cost since I just bought it and asked where I bought it and how I had paid. I told them a private seller and I paid cash. The receptionist got back on the phone and said the manager said they would cover half and the total would be 40. She stated that she would put notes in the account in case they tried to give me guff. After completing the recharge, they stated that price was 79.99 plus 2.50 per oz of freon because it required 3 pounds, and that the price only included freon up to a pound. The manager that had promised the discount and the receptionist that quoted the price then said that I had told them I bought it there. They said that a 40 refill was absurd and that most places would charge me more than 300. He finally settled for 100 after accusing me of not giving them correct information and much arguing. These guys have no integrity. This was aside from the 4 other customers that came in or called in the two hours we were there about mistakes this location made with their cars and the cursing and sexual harassment that was going on as we checked out. Save yourself time, money, and a headache, and go somewhere else.
I have been here quite a few times for oil changes. They usually get me in and out pretty quickly. Expect the typical sales pitch for upgrades that are available. Overall good service because they change the oil/fluids I request and at a good rate.
