Sometimes it can be a little overpriced, but if you can catch one of their sales then you can get some great stuff for awesome prices! The store was neat and organized and it was easy to find what we were looking for. Staff were very helpful and were available to answer any questions we had. This location didn't have the size we needed but they contacted another location to help us find the correct size.

Large offering of suits, ties, belts, shoes and any many other clothing/apparel items. Selection is deep so if you have a particular need of style and/or color chance are you can find it here. Employees are knowledgeable and not pushy. They went out of there way to help us with an order that needed 24 hour turnaround before we left our visit to the state. Everything was ready in time and as promised. Excellent experience and pleased to say that we will return.

My mother and I have been going to this store for a fair amount of time (for longer than five years). I bought a suit for choir, a tux, black tie, 2 orange ties, grey pants, even just to brows and to be honest I couldn't ask for a better service than this. The options are many and the selections nice, blazers fit great here on me as well. Unfortunately the last time I came wasn't as great as it could be. I was asking questions getting to know the man and he thought I was trying to sell him something. I told him I wasn't but he still let me know up front, "If your here to buy a suit I would be happy to serve you in a professional matter". That's what I've always liked about this place aside from it's options. Anyway he went ahead and explained to me people have come here in the past to recruit because they are in retail. Nevertheless, if that were the case, if I was really trying to sell I probably wouldn't come here. I've always seen the associates here as service associates not sellers. Still, I apologized and thanked the man or his "courtesy" in the matter and I meant it. Although I might come to this store again I plan to keep my options open for now. I'm not one to let my emotions effect my viewpoint as a customer but this is just a recent shadow of my service experience here, which can be tweaked; 4 out of 5.

Unbelievable Service. Such happy and accommodating staff. Cannot say enough good things about Stan C. Also Brad C. At the Fort Union Store. 2 words... Knowledge and Service. Make it 3, Integrity. PS. I found a receipt for my first purchase from Mr Mac's dated 1975... stopped to buy a pair of pants, and ended up purchasing everything for my mission...everything including the luggage, one of which I still have.. Boy was my parents relieved, they did not have to buy anything for me... Highly Recommend.

I’ve been using this Mr Mac store for years! While living in southern Oregon this was one of the few places that I could by decent dress clothing. They were alway extremely fair with me and always did a beautiful job with the alteration work. Would recommend them to any needing men’s clothing.
