Whenever we had a question or concern she addressed the issue within a few hours and sometimes minutes. Tonja was our agent when we purchased back in 2006 and when we sold just recently. Both transactions went very smoothly and I couldn't give a higher recommendation for her. She was quite thorough in explaining all the steps in the process and always timely in responses to any questions. I was extremely impressed when we sold this year in her ability to set a proper price for our house. The market price should have been 330k. Tonja felt we should list it at 325k and explained that she wanted to get as many views as possible in the first few weeks to stimulate interest. She was confident that we would not only get bids at the market price, but above it as well. She ended up having 6 showings in the first few days and we ended up selling for 340k! Needless to say, we were quite pleased and thankful to have such a well versed and pleasant real estate agent to work with.
