Summit Vista will be a beautiful gated community situated on a 105-acre campus just 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Residents will enjoy their choice from variety of spacious apartment homes as well as a spectacular 62,000 square foot clubhouse, all scheduled to open in late summer of 2018.

If you are retired and looking for a place to get away from cooking and yard work then this is the place for you! The staff at Summit Vista is simply incomparable! Each one of them have character, interact with the residents and appear to really love what they do! The amenities are amazing! They have a gym, a pool, a salon, a bank, a post office and so much more!! Thank you Summit Vista for treating our Mom so well!

Without a doubt the most luxurious and modern facility in Utah . Their assisted living is phenomenal. The are in the process of opening their Skilled Nursing wing. It’s incredible . The hallways are twice as wide as most resort type skilled nursing facilities. They have two extra large outdoor living areas with beautiful walking paths . The have a full salon with a massage chair and podiatry station to keep your loved ones feet healthy . There is an amazing theater room and their therapy gym is state of the art . More importantly, you can tell the staff are happy to represent this operation . I’ve worked closed with the Administrator, Tim Needles, and have been impressed with his personal touch and attention to detail. He even gave me a private tour of their facility Afterhours (it was just me). I’d recommend This place to my friends and my family members.You will not be disappointed

Summit Vista is a beautiful facility with a unique, home-like environment. Their management team is extremely friendly and communicative. They have done a great job at navigating the complexities of the pandemic while maintaining a warm and close-knit atmosphere. I highly recommend Summit Vista!

My wife and I lived at Summit Vista for two years. The others residents were wonderful friendly people. When the pandemic hit they shut down all contact with other residents and the amenities and activities were closed. All construction on the new building stopped. It became apparent that the management team was under pressure from the investors to improve profits. Four of the main management team announced their iminite departure. Part of the incentive for going to SV was the offer to refund 90% of your deposit when you left, for any reason. I became aware of several people who had left and were having difficulty getting their 90% refund. It seemed to me that it would be wise to move and we did.

Moving to Summit Vista has been the best decision I have made for my retirement. The environment here is energizing. I feel empowered to reinvent myself. Such a diverse community encourages interesting conversations and friendships. I have taken up pottery, returned to piano playing, and honed some watercolor techniques. I enjoy the groups and clubs we have started--glee club, book club, drama, pickle ball, band, game night, canine club--about anything one could imagine. I am a more fulfilled and happy person here at Summit Vista, with the prospects of a meaningful life for as long as the Fates allow.

Life requires us to make changes from time to time. We have found that to be true each time we moved into a new home/neighborhood. Each move was going to be the last--we would die there. Then failing health came along. It was difficult to care for a large home and yard. The first time we attended a presentation by the Summit Vista staff we were hooked. Interestingly enough, those same awesome men and women are still managing Summit Vista and taking care of our every need. We feel appreciated, loved, respected and valued. We have all the physical comforts of home with no work or worry involved. The clubhouse provides every amenity we could wish for (well, a movie theater would be nice and maybe that will come to the campus later). There is no place else we would rather be at this time. Our children have no need to be concerned about our health and welfare especially during the pandemic. We drastically downsized before our move. Our kids are happy they won't have to take on that responsibility in the future. We love Summit Vista!

Summit Vista is a wonderful place to live! Friendly staff and residents, great service, good food, and safe and secure. Last week a friend asked me if I would like to house-sit for her so that I could have a change of scenery while she goes out of town. Initially, that sounded appealing, but when I got to thinking about the fact that here I can go to the gym, the pool, chat with others in the clubhouse, participate in outdoor activities, and only cook when I want to... it was a no brainer that even in spite of the pandemic, I have more to do here than I would anyplace else! Love living here!
