Ive been with State Farm for almost a year now and before State Farm I’ve dealt with rude people and the anexity of finding insurance especially being young, but Troy Jensen helped me get a good rate that fit my budget and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg! I use to love this agency, whenever I had a question they were always responsive, respectful and easy to speak with. I think recently they hired a new agent who was nothing but rude. I respected the answer that I had received but not the way it was presented. The agent was rude, cut me off and wouldn't allow me to speak. It was such an awful experience I decided to transfer my policies else where. Not worth my time to speak with someone so miserable. Differently go somewhere else if your looking for an agency who welcomes your questions and inquires in regards to insurance. Don't waste your time here.
