When I wrecked my car, I was expecting it to be totaled. When I heard it wasn't and that it was getting fixed, I wasn't too hopeful that it would look the same as it did before the accident. To my surprise my car looked good as new! These guys are great. They kept me informed on the progress and worked in a very timely manner. Not only did they fix my car, but they also cleaned it inside and out! When I need more work to be done on the mustang (hopefully not anytime soon), I will definitely keep these guys in mind!
I would highly recommend Otto's. The work on our car took a little longer than expected, but it was done well and they handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company. Great staff. They clearly explained the process and did a great job restoring our car.
