Equipment needs upgrading or proper fixing. Pay could also use some attention, don’t believe pay sheets before talking to the owner operators. Good small family feeling unless you give notice and find another job, which is understandable. If money & good equipment are not a big concern for you it’s a good place over all to work with lots of freedom sometimes.
