Terrible website since they could never in 3 years figure out the issue with it. Extremely long waits. In 3 years my average call time each time was 15 min or longer. Even paying over the phone takes about 12 min. Would not recommend.

I'm going to be honest the internet is SLOW. If you call and have there customer service they'll run some tests and then ask you to hook your computer into into the modem router comdo with an Ethernet cable well my laptop doesn't have an Ethernet port on it. One time there customer service representative just flat out told me that he couldn't help me..... So I hung up and called again the second time I got someone that was very helpful the next day a technician came out while I was at work and left a door hanger informing me that the problem was fixed. The problem was not fixed. Most of the time it's real SLOW. How many people have to turn on the WiFi hotspot on their phone in order to upload a thumbnail. Im not 100% sure but it's got to be an infrastructure problem in other parts of the country they offer fiber internet around Choctaw your lucky if you can get 3 megabits a second when you pay for up to 15 megabits. So no recommendation from me. ️️
I was charged 10.00 for being short a penny on my bill. When you call them to report a problem you are on hole for ever. Wish I had more options for phone service.
Would give a zero if possible. Literally two weeks into trying to even get them to setup my service. Asked me to provide proof of residency because some who lived here before me still has a current balance. How is that my problem? Here's a thought...take a down deposit like every major service provider does. Customer service is absolutely terrible. literally the worst people I have every spoken too. They spend more time trying to up-sell you on packages rather than help you with the issue. I live in a rural area where TDS has the contract on my area. So, It's either them or a hotspot. I'll choose a spotty hotspot connection over them any day. Would stay clear of them and just signup for Viasat/Hughesnet or a mobile hotspot like the NightHawk M1 from a 4G carrier...
Mostly spotty service in Elgin. Only offers adsl in this area at about 50. I have to reset router about1-2 times a week. Foriegn tech support, free attitude.
Wouldnt say they were as bad as hitler. But their pretty close to it. Jk great service for price paid
Called to see if we could get full strength for Wifi. We can't watch Netflix and have a computer running upstairs at the same time. They said "NO"! There is nothing we can do. Also can't get live stream on our phones for our security! This company needs to get with the modern age of technology or go out of business!
Worst internet provider in existence. Terrible customer service and the slowest speed.... May as well be back to dial up.
