Good service. wife and I ordered the Venison medallions given we were in Fiordland. We ordered med rare but they arrived med - well done. Unfortunately made them dry and chewy. We are not ones to send food back. I would definitely order them Rare next time to avoid disappointment

Had both breakfast and dinner here. The coffee and muffin for 9 was really good, can’t really find comparable at that price point. But the 15 meals are what really makes this place special. Ended up getting fish and chips at another place in Te Anau a few days ago and was not at all impressed and paid more money. The 15 fish and chips here is really good! Will definitely come back.

Popped in here on our way back from Milford Sound. Had a delicious carrot cake and Iced coffee. Brilliant on a hot day. Nice seating outside with plenty of shade if you need it. The staff were really nice and quick service. A place to return to for sure. Wifi was a welcome bonus.

The lady who served us took the time to cater to our needs. The other person checked up with our drinks if they're fine. Great customer service. Food was good too.

Lots of variety and great value for price. Te Anau has lots of expensive restaurants. This is not one of them. I had an awesome meal of lamb mince that was tasty as well as filling. My husband has the venison burger. Looking forward to dessert here, too! Look like great options. Planning on breakfast here, also!

This restaurant was not among those recommended to us by our accommodation hostess. In our opinion it should have been top of the list. Meal was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were very busy but still managed to serve us promptly, politely and with a smile and joke. Seating was very comfortable and decor is very appealing. Well laid out restaurant. Highly recommended.

Distinctly Average Visited for lunch. Coffee was very average, but to be fair I suspect the barista was just learning. After a long wait the food came. Chips were overcooked and not consistently hot, but perhaps the chef was busy. Burgers were fine, though fairly bland/plain for the price. Pancakes were pretty good.

Had great coffees in the afternoon with good service, then returned for dinner which was excellent and enjoyed in a warm (fire) cosy environment, as well as the warm friendly staff.
