We stayed here for 2 nights in a one bedroom cottage with our 4 yo toddler - loved it. Very clean, warm and had everything we needed. No issues with noise even though it was on a main road. Just a 2 minute drive to the township with lots of options to eat out or to pop into the supermarket. Service was exceptional from booking to checking in and out. Thank you so much Ray and the lovely Sasha at the front desk for making our stay so enjoyable! Will definitely recommend to others.

Cozy cottage just a short stroll from the cafes and restaurants in Te Anau. It's unlikely you'll spend much time in your accommodation if you're visiting Te Anau and this was a fine place to stay for exploring the area and Milford Sound. The hosts were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Personally I prefer staying on a small property like this. The hotels we saw were absolutely packed with tourists but this was quieter and out of the way.

It is a family business and the host is super friendly. They have a lovely dog Bella will enjoy your pat. Barcaddi is the lovely three colour cat. Everything in the room is very clean, sufficient space, kitchen, shower, washing machine. It is a very good deal to stay as a group or family. Very close to town by walk.

We stayed in a one bedroom cottage. Gas stove was great, heating was excellent, baby cot was free. This accommodation had nice little touches that others don't, which makes it feel homely - bath robes, paper hand towels, dishwashing liquid, etc. Our cottage was facing the road, but it was a quiet area, so noise wasn't a problem. Coaches to the Sounds depart from Miro St in the town centre, which is actually only 10min walk.

We took a 1 bedroom unit which was exceptionally appointed a large bathroom with wet floor and seat for those with movement difficulty. Wheel chair ramp and wide doors. BBQ on private ground level balcony great linen and bed clothes. Cannot recommend this hotel enough

Nice accomodation, location and rooms. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the rude, communications received by the staff via email in lead up to our trip.
