Our car broke down and the staff was so genuinely helpful! We were not from Te Anau so we were so worried our car and us got trapped here for a few days and the staff really put effort and time to have a look at it quickly. They are the best types of mechanics who dont try to find flaws to charge you more and genuinely want to get the best for you! Absolutely impressed!

Was driving out to Milford and we started hearing a grinding sound under the car, and then bang. Rang the team at Te anau Service station and they were out as quick as a Flash!! They diagnosed the problem and towed us back to Te anau, Reccomended a great place to stay the night and had the car fixed later the next day!! Couldn't ask for better service, 5 stars isn't enough!!
