I haven't tried the snacks yet but the milk tea I ordered was good. There's only one customer allowed in the place at a time due to covid restrictions. They call your number (a sound goes off with a number) right outside the door which is pretty smart. The minimum purchase is 6 when using a credit/debit card. So I bought two medium milk teas with pearls (3.50) which came to a little over 8. For the large you add 50 . Another thing to note is the person in the counter is not friendly. I don't go to these places for service. Overall clean store and good tea.

Pretty busy place with a big menu including lot of snacks. Good amount of seating and a few tables outside. Can get very noisy inside when at capacity. Cream top tea has no real flavor neither salty nor sweet.
They made good bento such as popcorn chicken bento. Try it out you won’t regret.
I asked for oat milk, instead was about to receive whole milk. They dont speak proper english. Dont take card lower 6 but my boba tea was for 5.50. Didnt ask for sweet level, and just made it super sweet by default. Was craving for good boba tea in the morning and was not satisfied at all
Great milk tea. Order the oolong milk tea and it had a strong flavor with the perfect amount of milkiness. It seems like they might use creamer so if that is an issue for you, be warned. All in all, am excellent milk tea with perfectly prepared pearls. It's my new favorite spot now that ComeBuy is closed. We also shared an order the popcorn chicken with Thai basil and that was absolutely amazing. Perfectly crispy with a strong flavor of Thai basil.
