This was my favorite Dairy Queen going up as a child in central Texas. Something happened it fell apart the last time I was there it was awful . I have to say they've completely redeemed themselves went today low expectations double meat burger light mayo onion rings and everything was completely awesome totally correct . Blew me away whoever's decided to help the store out much better job than they were a couple months . Kudos

Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been too. Never clean. Food tastes okay. Bathrooms awful. You can see dead flies in the food prep area and sometimes in your food. I've been coming here every six months for the last 7 years to see if it has changed but sadly not. Would not recommend.

TOO SMALL AND YOU CANT GO INSIDE AND EAT YOU JUST HAVE TO ORDER THAN LEAVE NEEDS TO UPDATE AND NEEDS BETTER FOOD.

I've been there twice this week and it was horrible both times. The little hispanic girl that was working the other night seemed to be more concerned about playing with her boyfriends hair than waiting on the drive thru. I find it disgusting for someone to go from playing with hair to touching peoples order without washing their hands. And, today I called in an order and it was completely wrong. The so called "shift leader" they have named Robin is a complete joke. She is super rude and not helpful at all. The young man that took my order today repeated it back to me. (he's the only good employ that they have. he's always cleaning and is always nice.) When I got home I realized my order was really wrong so, I called and asked to speak to a manager. Since, there was only a shift leader I had to speak to her. All she did was try to blame the young man and be rude the entire time. As a manager I don't think it's acceptable to play the blame game especially when she was the only one cooking today.

I don't know what got into these people! two years ago, me, my mom and grandmother were passing through fairfield and decided to stop and eat at this location. we thought thew were so great that we should totally revisit! well this past April, I happened to have been passing through again to pick up my sister from Waco for a funeral. this time it took 15 minutes to get my food out to me and there were not really busy at all! it was just like my order was the least of their concerns. the food was OK except when I looked at my receipt, something seemed funny so I asked the cashier about it and it was explained to me with an attitude and instead of thanking me for my business and telling my bye, they gave me looks as I was walking out the door. "WELL EXCUSE ME FOR EXERCISING CERTAIN RIGHTS I HAVE AS A CONSUMER!!! HAVEN'T Y'ALL EVER HAD A CUSTOMER DO THAT BEFORE??? OR AM I THE FIRST???!! WTF???" four days later, i had to go back to Waco to return my sister after the funeral and had to pass through fairfeild again. normally I don't return to a business after such an experience but I figured maybe this was a fluke since they were great before. so i tried again. this time however I know they knew I was there because I took a few minutes to clean out the trash in my car and an employee did make prolonged eye contact with me as I was doing so. then I went inside, went to the restroom first to wash my hands and when I approached the counter, they did not even acknowledge my existence! instead they were cutting up with someone in the drive thru that wasn't even doing business and this one guy was standing at the counter talking on the store phone with what did not sound like a business related call. so I left and called the GM as soon as I got back to where I live, told her about this experience and she sent me coupons I cant even use! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!
