The food was DELICIOUS! I ordered the chopped brisket sandwich. It was very flavorful and had a Smokey taste to it. The potato salad was great and service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place!

Loved the chopped brisket sandwich w/onions and pickles! ICE COLD beverage & old school fries. What a wonderful stop. Thanks Dew Drop. I will be back again!

Stopped for a quick to-go meal, staff were amazing, smiling, helping. Great cozy place, meal size is just perfect! Only thing that i wanted to point out, is that i wish they had fries as a side. Other than that its an amazing place..

Stopped in for lunch and the smells were great. Too bad the food didn’t live up to the smells. Ribs were mushy. Brisket didn’t seem to have a flavor. The bbq sauce had this weird flavor. Service was good though. You win some and lose some trying new places.

Just happened to spot it off the highway! BEST BBQ sandwich ever! The bread was toasted on the grill and the brisket was smoked to perfection! The fried pies were amazing! Best dessert ever! Definitely worth the stop!!!! I'm saving this on my address book and will surely be returning!

Oh my goodness yes! We were driving down the highway and stopped here because of the other reviews. Some of the best brisket I have had, and I really love good brisket. The house fries were also crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. So good. My five year old loved the grilled cheese so much, he tried to convince us to get him another and pack it in a bag, so he could eat more when he got hungry again in the car. lol My eight year old quietly built a domino track while we finished eating, and my five year old played checkers with me at the table, so it was really fun for them. I will absolutely stop here again on another trip. Everyone was very nice, and it was really clean. The place was formerly an old time gas station, so it has a really fun feel to it.

Real person and review. We were heading back from Dallas as we just adopted a baby girl. Stopped in on way back to Dallas..fantastic BBQ..the slaw was delicious. Fried pies were delicious. The owners were very friendly. We mentioned we would be back annually on our way to do an annual visit w the birth mom in DFW. The owner offer to mark our daughter's height on the wall each year. Music was great! We will be back. This place is as good/better than Houston joints.
