Hired TEAM after getting an astronomical quote from AJ Perri. Salesman talked a good game and was very friendly. Insisted on installing an AC unit that was the size required by the calculated square footage of the home. Here we are a couple summers in and still struggle to get the house below 78 on a summer day. Promised a new main water shutoff valve to the house with the 10,000 installation and was told at the completion of work that the \valve was the city's property\ and it was their problem. Spoke to the city and surprise....it wasn't their responsibility. Finally TEAM came out and \added\ not replaced the water main valve. But here I am still sweating in the house with a brand new system. Thanks for nothing. I could have maintained this atmosphere with ceiling fans and no AC.

If you need work done and don't care about the price. . .this place is VERY overpriced. If you don't care about a detailed invoice showing what parts were used and how much they cost. . .you won't get one. If you don't care that they tell you they need 30% down to do the work and then charge the whole amount instead. . .perfect because all of this is EXACTLY what happened. It is just like the movie quote, \You know how I can tell you are lying? It's because your lips are moving\. I would not trust a word they say! I only wish it were possible to give 0 stars in a review.

They are now owned by Gold Medal and that company has a horrible reputation. I wouldn't even let them give me an estimate

Team Electric responded to my plumbing emergency. James S provided super service and did the emergency repair to correct a main sewer line pipe break in my crawlspace. He keep us informed about the work and his work was exemplary. The team at Team Electric are truly professional, courteous and a quality company.

Had an issue with a new washing machine hook up. Also when old one was removed the water was dripping from the hot and cold knobs. Called Team and they sent Luke and Josh. These two nice young men did an assessment. They gave me options and when I decided what work to have done they stayed for many hours and did a great job!!!
