Our company has been using Teamleader for several years now and we're very happy with it. It's especially useful and user-friendly as we can customize the different functions to our specific needs. Where a certain function doesn't yet exist, we can suggest it to Teamleader and they will take it into account for future changes to the system. The support staff is excellent and will go above and beyond to help with any issues at all. It's also a very cost-effective solution. 100% satisfied customer!

We're a small company of 10 people and needed a cost-effective database solution. I've worked with other, more expensive databases, and Teamleader is far more flexible and much more easily customizable. We do not have any IT people on staff, yet we were able to customize the tool to needs of our client services. The phone app is also handy as it allows us to access the database information even when we're away from our desks.

Very happy with TeamLeader CRM. Not only is it an easy and affordable CRM (actually perfect for SMEs & SMEs ), the support is also great. If something is not immediately possible, a solution is always founded by the support department (that can always be reached by telephone!). The last plus point is that everyone in our company understands how it works within 10 minutes :)

For everyone that is thinking about using a cool system like this and it is very usefull, still I really have a hard time with the vision of this company. Support is here gives more questions than answers and you need to put a lot of time in getting results (what I don't have). They are very nice for you when they are selling, but once your a costumer it changes it is hard to change afterwards since you but a lot of effort in this. So be sure to check others before you pick this one, this is missing so many things it really needs.
