Nice to have a much needed center for the arts in this small city, it's still hasn't mature yet. Lack of knowledgeable guest service and guided information make this complex complicated, probably not worth visiting even for the common art enthusiast. It might work better as a school.

It's a school of arts and music and been a border town to the USA they need some teachers that can speak English and teach students that are USA citizen that reside in tecate but there primary language is English!!
