SCAM ARTIST, BUYERS BEWARE. I had windows installed, later I could not find my brightness, I call and they say to bring my computer in seeming it would be complimentary for help. Once I arrived he said it would be a 25 dollar diagnostic fee, I didn’t like it but I agreed for the help. Less then an hour later, they call and say nothing is wrong with the computer but my monitor had a display setting I didn’t adjust, once I arrive I am told I have to pay ADDITIONAL 65 plus the 25, 90 dollars in total ! They charged me 90 dollars to click a button, and on top of that insulted my intelligence for not knowing where the setting was there ! They even threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay the extra charges ! SAVE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE!
