Terrible experience. They are disrespectful and unprofessional, this is not a serious company, liars I'm lucky to have my stuff back. This crazy person who I could just text give me a diagnostics without ever seeing my console.

so my son decided to stick my husbands playing cards in the ps4 disk drive after calling around I got in touch with someone at tech service nation the fort lauderdale area I paid them the 20 dollar diagnostic fee which they say goes towards the repair cost after 2 hours they called me with a 43 dollar bill minus the the 20 and had my system ready the same day. I give this company a 5 star but the appointment thing has to go I do not like it its 2020 why do we still have to do appointments????

My Macbook Pro started having issues witht eh keyboard I called them up told them the issue came in to have them check it out they charged a 20 dollar diagnostic fee which is applied to the repair cost recieved a call in the promise 60 min window time approved it they had it ready the same day but like 15 mins before closing. I really appreciate the commitment made to get my computer done I need it for school im at nova for law school and they are not playing with the online classes well worth the 130 I paid to get the keyboard fixed. Thank you

Everything about this place was kept. They truly care about there customers. I had my laptop screen replace on my dell gaming laptop the higne and the screen were messed up they had to order the part which took 4 days and called me when it was completed. I give them A all across the board.
